I run a company with a small technical team that has nurtured a number of side hustles into revenue generating businesses. Our main activity these days is running a B2B SaaS that provides stability and pays the bills. This business is fairly mature so we have excess developer capacity. In the past we used excess developer capacity to build a few dozen content websites we're able to run passively and monetize through various programmatic ad networks. Most are small but a few have gained traction over the years. In total the sites serve around 20 - 30 million ad impressions per month. We have also pursued a number of other side hustles in the past. Most were duds. Two resulted in small acquisitions. We're looking for new opportunities for our team. We're open to various types of opportunities (SaaS, content sites, etc.). We're most interested in ideas that provide value, generate revenue and are compatible with a good quality of life. Bootrapped SaaS and even side projects would be of interest. A dream scenario would be to partner 50/50 with a sales/marketing guru (or team) who has lots of ideas and ability to execute but who lacks the technical part. Our team brings a lot of design, development and operations (technical and business) experience to the table. Not all of the things we work on are super sexy, but we take pride in what we do. As a team, we have decades of experience in building things that work and solve real problems. In the past we've tried to do too many things on our own without proper resources to validate ideas and push growth and marketing. We're trying to be more disciplined now by partnering with people or teams who bring complementary skills to the table. Please DM me if you'd like to discuss further. submitted by /u/sti_pub [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/n69ye4/usatech15_experienced_tech_team_looking_for/
