Sales guy here with some business ownership experience. Something has been bugging me for a while now. Realtors are perfectly positioned to help their clients with virtually anything they need regarding the trials and tribulations of homeownership. But they’re really bad at it. I want to build an app that fixes that. I’ve got a name, checked out the competition, drawn up the 1-page business plan, and met with multiple realtors and homeowners. I’ve validated the pain points and how we can solve them, they like it. I believe in this product and want to give it my full attention. I’m looking for a tech cofounder who’s willing to do the same.
