[EU][BIZ][8] Looking for a US Based Cofounder with Sales Experience for a Digital Marketing Agency.

I'm a Digital Marketing guy looking for a cofounder based in the US to start a Digital Marketing Agency. About me My background is in Digital Marketing. I have been doing it for the last 8 years. At the moment I'm running a Web Development agency that is almost 2 years old. Most of my clients are other US-based agencies to whom we provide whitelabel web development services. I'm currently managing a team of 8 people, fully remote. Although the agency itself is doing quite well right now, I'm looking to start or transition to an agency that is focused on Digital Marketing, which is what I have been doing for my personal projects and small clients for most of my life. The issue I'm facing right now is that it's extremely difficult for me to close clients because I'm not based in the US. Even though my agency is registered in the US, any time during a sales or discovery call with a bigger client they ask where we are based, telling them that I'm based in Europe makes it almost impossible to close them. Who am I looking for? I'm looking for a partner that is good with sales and client relationship management. Ideally, I would be looking for someone with past agency experience. Agencies are a pretty tough business and it can be pretty hard to get a start without an existing network of potential clients. Since this would be a Digital Marketing agency, I would also prefer that my partner has at least a decent level of Marketing knowledge. What I'm bringing Digital Marketing experience. An existing team of web developers and designers that have experience working with big businesses (through partnered agencies). Experience creating processes, hiring and scaling. Existing system of deliverables, tools and communication channels. Testimonials from existing clients. An already established agency that could be transitioned or used for the start. The goal We would start working with small to medium-sized businesses and eventually scaling up to big brands. Ideally, the goal would be to have a few well-paying clients rather than a lot of clients that would have smaller budgets.
