[CAN][TECH][12] Looking for Cofounder with Business Background for Real Estate Platform.

Hey all, I’m an architect and co-founder of an online laneway house/accessory dwelling unit (ADUs) calculator. The market for ADUs is expanding significantly in Canada over the next few years, especially in Toronto, and we’d like to help contribute to more housing supply. My co-founder (who’s in tech) and I would like to bring in a third partner to help develop the business plan and direction of the platform. We’ve been in discussions with private and public sector partners to do everything from develop a nation-wide online marketplace for ADUs to possibly integrating our platform into a construction company’s website. There are many potential uses or partnerships for what we’ve developed and we’d like to bring someone onboard to brainstorm, come up with the best possible direction at this point, develop a business plan, and proceed. Feedback’s been great with the platform, but we’d like to take it to the next level and capitalize on our potential partnerships.
