[USA][BIZ][5] Looking for co-founder for YouTube gaming related youtube channel.

Hi there,

I'm looking for a co-founder/co-founders who are interested in launching a youtube channel together. I have always been a fan of YouTube channels with multiple personalities playing games, doing co-op campaigns, and other types of various content.

I think that YouTube if approached right can be a very good business and treating it like a business while also having fun could lead to awesome results. I'd really love to build a brand and expand into various different revenue streams around this channel.

On the business front I want this to be done right. So it'll be an LLC that owns the channel with split ownership between the co-founder/co-founders. Market our content, build our brand, work towards making this successful.

About me:
I am a software engineer that owns a software development agency that does work in the media space, green energy space, and web3 space. I have built businesses before and this is one I have a lot of passion for and I have a lot of ideas around it.

What I am hoping for in a co-founder/founders:

I am looking for people from North America just because time zone differences could make this challenging otherwise.

Well, plays games! Of course. A good personality, a sense of humor, good work ethic, and someone who isn't allergic to the idea of having fun! Willing to work on youtube, edit videos, do community engagement etc along with me and the others.

A wide variety of games that you like to play/would love to play and even a variety of platforms would be great as well!
