[USA][BIZ][5] Tech co-founder needed for an online portal that productizes the process of college admissions.

I am seeking a co-founder with good experience in full stack development, who can help us build an online portal (not an app) that helps college aspirants throughout the end to end process (College discovery, exam help, resume/essay/interview help). I have the concept ready, and have a lot of experience in this niche. We are focusing on a particular niche to start with, and will build out over time.

Requirements: The work shouldn't be too challenging. In our first iterations it would not need too many complex features. Especially out-of-the-box solutions should do.
