Hello !
I will start soon to invest in others ETFs (3) but I am wondering if I should invest in them monthly or quarterly; the fees are about 4$ per trade.
Do you please recommend the first or second solution, based on your experience ?
Thank you for your answer !
Am I the only one who thinks the worst is still yet to come regarding the stock market? 🥺
If you’re diversifying OUTSIDE of stocks, what are you most interested in? If you’re investing in industries for 2024-2025, what have you been thinking most about?
LVMUY (LVMH if using the European stock exchange) has gotten killed over the past couple of months, down 30% from it's all time high back in mid July. Fell 11% over the last six trading days after the company's earnings and revenue missed. Personally, a company as big as LVMH still growing top line at 9% despite the enormous luxury spending during covid is impressive. 20 times trailing earnings multiple seems reasonable especially considering how diversi
I am new to investing, and almost all the books, articles and YT videos say that for new comers the safest strategy is to invest in index funds or ETFs. Turns out picking a stock is not an easy task. And I wonder why is that? What makes picking a stock difficult? (Is it because you can't process a lot of data, or because you don't understand macro economics, or because your don't understand the product a company produces or something else).

Any large cap companies in SPY/QQQ that are implicit? Obviously I will be investing small percentage indirectly with ETFs but I want to know which companies to avoid investing in individually.
From what I’ve read these companies are implicit:
•KO •SBUX •ABNB •HPE •PEP •MCD •NKE
Am I wrong with any of these? Missing any big ones?
This is not life-altering or urgently concerning for me. Although, obviously, it’s been bugging me and I’m wondering if there is an unbeknownst method to recover quickly and efficiently.
I purchased shares of Lucid Motors (LCID) and Polestar (PSNY) in 2020:
LCID: 700 shares @ $26.76 | PSNY: 700 shares @ $12.31
I’ve been selling covered calls and making decent money to offset the unrealized damage. It’s def
Hey I'm looking for an ETF, which would follow a horizontal put strategy for the S&P 500. Personally I don't like messing with options so I would prefer if I could just buy shares of an ETF.
Is anyone aware of an ETF which follows or correlates to this strategy
I've been eyeing Novo Nordisk ($NVO) recently, and I'm intrigued by its position in the pharmaceutical sector, especially given its focus on diabetes and obesity treatments. As we all know, these are significant healthcare issues that aren't going away anytime soon.
Novo Nordisk has a long history of stable growth and has shown resilience during economic downturns. However, competition is fierce in the pharma sector, and it's not uncommon
As we all know the goal of long term investing is to pick stocks/funds that have strong potential and/or good track records, then watch them grow. But what causes that growth? More money coming in that money going out. This has been the case for many decades now, as our population has continued to grow, meaning more and more investors.
So what happens when boomers, that hold more wealth than every other generation combined, sell off stock en masse to fund
Intel (INTC) is one of the largest and most established chipmakers in the world, but it has been facing some serious challenges in recent years. Its stock price has been declining since April 2021, when it reached its all-time high of 63.12 USD. Some of the reasons for this drop are the increasing competition from other chipmakers such as AMD, NVIDIA and Apple, the delays and difficulties in its transition to the 7-nanometer and 10-nanometer chip manufacturing p
