Howdy everyone.
I'm looking to sell a specific stock of mine that I've held for over a year now, but it has an upcoming dividend, so I was wondering...
If I was to hold the stock during its "ex dividend date & record date" and the sell it the following day, would I still recieve the dividend in the following weeks when its paid out?? I would presume so, and the limited research ive done says yes, but I'd like to hear from others directly :) Thanks
