“Even before the government lawsuit, lawyers for about two dozen consumers sued JetBlue and Spirit SAVE, -6.19% last November in U.S. district court in Boston, claiming that the merger would reduce competition and lead to higher prices.”
Today, this information came to light, which seems to endorse what antitrust parties against the case are fearful of. This definitely hurts the case for the acquisition, I’m curious to hear how y’all think this plays out.
