What is happening with the BB? Can somebody explain the situation for me like I am 5 years old? Why is it declining so much after news about spin-off?
Is it legal in America to split company into two, left the shareholders with the dying business and IPO with the new valuable one?
Can they decide that they will give us only for example 1 share per 100 blackberry shares?
