Hi Y’all, We’ve found that understanding how changes impact a system and its users is the foundation of any community making progress towards its objectives. Whether that community is built around a tool, game, product, or governing body, they need a changelog, a document that logs the relevant changes for each of their releases. Knowing what changed allows individuals to validate changes, measure how effective they were, and make informed decisions on what future modifications they should test. Creating release notes enables teams to pitch why customers should perform the latest update and inform them of what’s changed after an automatic one. This makes every release a marketing opportunity aimed at maintaining existing customers, re-engaging those that are slipping away, and attracting new ones. These updates build trust through transparent, consistent collaboration with customers that provides a unique engagement opportunity across various mediums such as mobile devices, application marketplaces, and within applications themselves. That’s why we’re focused on delivering a changelog solution that gives teams the power to communicate changes effectively and measure how each one impacts their system and those using it. We’re a team of three who built out an existing platform that generates and distributes release notes. We are continually expanding the capabilities based on the feedback from our existing customer base. We are at a point, however, where we need help expanding into enterprises. I’m a software engineer with ten years of experience building DevOps pipelines and IoT applications for multiple fortune 500 companies. The business is currently being bootstrapped by myself and my two other co-founders, who have a background in building digital marketplaces and e-commerce solutions. We’re looking for a co-founder who aligns with our values and is experienced in B2B product sales with technology companies. They should have a proven record of growing revenue for a new software product. We’ll be relying on this co-founder to identify prospects, gain access to decision makers, work with us to orchestrate and conduct demonstrations, build relationships, and close deals. We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator, that can relay our value propositions to customers effectively and close the feedback loop by bringing insights back to the team based on discussions with community members. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, I'd love to hear from you. submitted by /u/nextreleaseio [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/mchxpz/usamitech10_looking_for_a_sales_partner_for_a/
