My cofounder and I are experienced software developers. We are looking for a third cofounder who is non-tech, someone who is energetic, ambitious and ready to really take the reigns of driving the business/sales side of things. About the Business We have built and are running a business called OurCorner. Look in the first comment to our website if you are interested. OurCorner is an online platform that offers HOA's (Home Owner Associations) a suite of features to help run their community more efficiently and transparently. The MVP is done and the main features we offer so far are: Online Payments (ACH and Credit/Debit cards) File storage/sharing Meeting organizer Topics Announcements We have lots of ideas about future features we could roll out, but are now at a point where we want to start focusing on aquiring customers and letting their feedback guide the platform direction. .... To-date, the business is fully incorporated and our MVP is not only built, but is also in production with an HOA community signed up and actively using the platform. We both work full-time jobs and spend all our free hours working on this platform. I am a software developer, currently working at Amazon with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters from Georgia Tech in Computer Science. My cofounder has a BS in Computer Science, previously worked at Ring and is now working at a startup. About You We are hoping to find someone that is very knowledgable, or at the very least, excited about learning how to run a growing fast tech business. We want to bring you on as cofounder and not just a worker. We expect you to take OurCorner and help make it your own by having an equal voice in the decision-making process, and the direction of the company. You will be leading our sales, and when the time comes, investment efforts. Your role and time will be 100% spent on sales efforts, while my co-founder and I will be splitting our time between helping you with sales and running/maintining the platform. Compensation You will be fully compensated with equity and will be subject to the same industry-standard vesting schedule that we are.
