[NLD][TECH][5] Looking for experienced full stack JS developer with reverse engineering skills to build sneaker application.

Hello friends, I am a co-founder of a start-up in the fast-growing sneaker (resell) market. Although our main product is an application that allows users to obtain limited sneakers, we acquire customers by using our connections at retailers and Nike etc. to get early and exclusive (release) information. We currently have a reach (followers) of over 100,000 people and only just got started. Our aim is to organically quintuple (x5) that number in the next 3 to 5 years. The Product We're building an application that automates retailers' website or app making it easier for users to get limited and hyped sneakers. One of the hardest challenges is battling anti-bot such as Akamai or PerimeterX. We have already spent a year developing a solid base built with JavaScript, React js, and Electron. The vision This niche is already getting saturated but still has huge demand. Competitors all have the same (tunnel) vision and copy each other. This is where we want to stand out. We want to build a fully dynamic application with actual innovative features ultimately creating an unprecedented user experience. We don't want or need to spend a lot on marketing, we believe creating a good product will market it self. Our goal is to scale up as fast as possible and within 1 year get to the point where we can sell ~1,000 licenses costing $150 qtly in a few minutes (this doesn't mean we wont sell until that point). The position There is a lot to be done, things change fast so we're looking for a Fullstack JavaScript developer who can commit full time. The hard skills are as follows: - At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript. - At least 4 years of experience with http requests, web scraping and web automation. - At least 1 year of experience in similar role (software developer/engineer). - At least 2 years of experience with reverse engineering or anti-bot web security. Experience with the following is preferred: Golang, DevOps, React js, Electron. A few of the main elements to "make it" are being able to commit and focus, enjoying a tough challenge and not giving up. We prefer you're a sneaker enthusiast too! 👟 Compensation 5-15% equity + $6,500 - $12,000 /mo based on your experience and skills(negotiable) You can send me a PM if you are interested or if you think you can help us build this product but don't have all the required experience. ALL feedback is appreciated! submitted by /u/DailyG [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/mjvzuu/nldtech5_looking_for_experienced_full_stack_js/
