​ About the startup: Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP): Simplify the way entrepreneurs create business connections and build businesses. ​ Name: Cluchtter (The name can change if is not good enough). ​ Problem Market Fit: Done. I found problem market fit, gain a lot of customer knowledge and I have all the evidence. Solution Market Fit: In progress. Here is where I need help because I'm not a developer, for that reason I'm trying to assemble a tech team to develop the product with me, I have the whole idea of how the product will be because I began testing the idea first and I iterate and pivot the idea several times until what I have now, but the risk with this is a feasible risk, by the way, I have customers willing to pay for the idea and the evidence of that too. I will explain in more detail when we talk. ​ Business Model Fit: In progress. Startup management: Remotely I'm already using Notion, Figma/FigJam, and Dropbox to manage it by myself for now. Culture: Design and Agile Driven. I know, how can I be talking about culture if I'm working alone?, yes, you're right but I'm trying to manage this startup-like if I were working with more people. Why? because I'm an introverted and self-taught guy and I love to do things by myself but this is not my intentions to build this and be successful one day so I need to train my brain now to be willing to work with others and not try to do all the work by myself. The second reason is that once you and others join me to work on this, thanks to doing that I have a better knowledge of how to manage remotely and we will no longer have to start trying to learn how to do it but only look for ways to do it better.
