I wish I could come to you with a billion-dollar problem, a tailored solution and customers ready to pay us, but I don't have that. I have time, creativity and a lot of motivation. I believe that "Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people." I'm posting here to start that team. Here's my background and why I think I can co-found a solutions design company like IDEO: I'm a self-taught UX designer and web developer with more than 10 years of experience in the tech and product design space. I have held leadership positions with the US government and as a consultant, I am currently working with one of the top federal consulting firms in the country. I use the design thinking philosophy to solve problems for organizations and regularly work with internal and external customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions for them, whether it's digital transformation, process, or program improvement. I want to do this on a larger scale in different industries, but I need your help. Bottom-line: There are several key sources where challenges are presented and organizations are looking for the best possible solutions. Those solutions are given contracts and money. I'm looking for like-minded people with diverse backgrounds and interests to work with me to: Target appropriate challenges Identify existing customers and SMEs, to help us approach and understand the problem Create and/or work within a research and development framework Build, test, iterate and deliver products and solutions to potential customers Make some money and have fun doing it!
