About the problem and startup The pandemic has forced businesses to work remotely and a lot about and many companies, including Reddit have announced that they will offer remote work post-pandemic. This means the market for a remote workforce is emerging at an extreme rate and for the past 6 months I have been working heads down on a solution that fixes the problem of legally hiring a global workforce. I have built a working product already, we have partnerships and are already doing some revenue. Once I find the right co-founder, I will reach out to investors to get funding. This business has a shot at becoming a HUGE company. There's already a few unicorn competitors that have only been founded less than 2 years ago. The market is big enough for more companies, but we need to move fast. What I'm looking for? There is one thing holding me back from making this a successful company: I have yet to find the right co-founder. I'm not only looking for a technical co-founder, but also someone who wants to dedicate all of his time on building this company and who is willing to put skin in the game for at least the coming 5 years.
