I've developed and run a security software-as-a-service product for a year now. My inability to describe the unique concept in terms of how the market needs the service has prevented me from getting into any incubators for early help formulating the product. I have the financials, runway, KPIs, and lean canvas determined and ready to test; basically everything an incubator is looking for. I just need someone who can help describe the concept in plain terms that the market can see the value in it. Target market is anyone with a password, businesses who use internal systems, and other startups looking to outsource their authentication. Exit strategy is to gain traction and sell to a leader in tech looking for such a security product. Differentiator is the unique angle of the service, which provides a password-less authentication mechanism, 100%-compatible with existing authentication methods. Not looking for money, but also cannot pay. Federally incorporated, and can issue up to 49% shares to the right person. submitted by /u/jperih [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/njhoav/cansktech20_tech_founder_seeking/
