Long story short. I'm running a creative agency alone for 2 years now, but I'm feeling overwhelmed doing everything from project management to logo/web/marketing. I would like to engage a project manager + graphic designer + web designer + digital marketing specialist, but salaries in Switzerland are ridiculously high, which is nice as an employee but makes it impossible for a starting business to grow.
