[USA][BIZ][8] Looking for a tech cofounder to create an all-in-one ecommerce SaaS.

I'm sitting here few beers deep and have had this project in my mind for a while. The silicon shortage has effected my ecommerce business in a way that I have never seen before. Everything is delayed by 3-4 months and logistics is 5-6x what it used to cost, and I only see that going up. I have the perfect domain for branding and I've built brands before. My previous ecommerce store did 6 figures/year and grew a community of 60K+ like minded individuals. My current ecommerce store is on track to hit 750K this year... if I get my products. 200K otherwise. Launched in Jan 2021. I want to sell something I have control over and software is it. Once the software is created I'm not relying on a manufacturer to create a product for me to sell. I feel like I'm wasting my time with my current business because I am completely reliant on my manufacturer to make me the product. What I'm looking for: someone to build an all encompassing tool that targets ecommerce users. I have a solid marketing strategy and will put up the finances to market it. I am looking for someone: - who has the time and skills to fully devote themselves into this project - who has built successful SaaS before If you have never built anything from the ground up, I don't think we would be a good for each other. I expect a lot out of my other business half. I have 8 years of experience in ecommerce - amazon, ebay, shopify mainly.
