[USA][TECH][5] Looking for technical cofounder for construction management software.

We are looking for a cofounder to help start a construction management software. We have been in the construction industry for over 5 years. There are currently 2 of us and we are looking to bring on one or two technical cofounders who can assist us with setting up a software that will cover project management from lead generation to build. We have talked to other contractors in the industry and there seems to be a general consensus that the current products are either way too over priced or don't offer the full technicalities needed. Every program available currently requires additional add-ons or integrations to truly take a potential lead from start to finish. We have a niche which we would like to focus on within the construction industry and are aware of our two largest competitors by market share. Our goal is to develop a software which can take on all the tasks construction companies currently integrate over multiple different vendors. We have a heavy background in construction, sales, and marketing. We are seeking a cofounder (or two) with technical expertise who is U.S. based. All partners will have an equal share in the company and will contribute evenly. We are confident in selling and marketing the project to other contractors, our technical cofounder would be responsible for establishing and maintaining the software.
