Hey! I'm currently working on an Agriculture Tech solution that image recognition/multispectral analysis and eventually IoT. I already have built a relationship with an extremely reputable capital group and they have expressed interest after seeing my slide deck. We had already discussed the budget for initial dev costs and they didn't seem to have a problem. I had posted on this sub before about the same project about a year ago. Enter the problem: Over the last year and a half, I have been building a relationship with a Machine/Deep Learning Dev company (founded a few years ago). We were discussing the terms for a Joint Venture agreement when they suddenly pulled out of the project indefinitely due to limited resources from a "significant roadblock" with obligations involving their other product. Though they expressed interest in picking up where we left off when possible, I am not interested in working with a group that can't seem to make a determination and then throw a wrench at the last second. I told my funding source that I would be taking the time to build my own team before I ask for the investment. That's when the pandemic hit so here I am now that things are calming down. To give you some context as to my background: I am good at Networking, finding investors for blockchain, cannabis, and tech in general. Imagining solutions for real-world problems/Product development and more recently Data Science with an emphasis on ML (currently in a masters program) I am interested in Technology(currently focused on machine learning, Neural Nets, IoT, and Automation), Biochemistry, Agriculture, Physics, medicine, and Music. I spend a lot of time reading research papers in chemistry, physics, and physiology/internal medicine. Things I have done before Co-founded a music production company based out of Denver Colorado with a label currently hosting over a dozen artists(not actively managing this business) -Created and sold ownership of a CBD consumer brand-Sales management and purchased shares in a growing CBD brand based out of Portland Oregon. -Worked in community organization/recruitment for a block-chain tech incubator -Engaged with numerous VCs, Hedge Funds, and other Private Equity Groups including term sheet negotiation and commitments -Built an extensive network in the Cannabis Industry in the US, Central America, and the Caribbean -Established relationships with several Private Money Lending groups through consulting work -Provided marketing for a Financial Services startup I started off in financial analysis and IT but have not been in either industry in several years. I also have some experience in JAVA and am currently enrolled in a Data Science Masters where I'm using SQL, Python, R, MongoDB, Hadoop, AWS, and several other platforms. The idea is to be more of an engineering mindset to better manage product development. Does this sound like a match for your skillset/interests? I will give more detail via private message so feel free to ask questions.
