Hey all, so I have an MVP created for an app I’ve been working on as a side project for a couple years now. I do not have any coding knowledge/experience, I am strictly business/marketing. It’s an app for locating all happy hours near you and giving info such as what the deals are, when they last until, etc. It uses a php database and I used a web scraper to scour sites for restaurant info, as well as hired somebody to verify as many of those deals as they could. So the process can be easily replicated for different cities. I think with a lot of restaurants opening back up, this would be a great time to launch since I believe many people are wanting to get back out there and eat at restaurants and have a sense of normalcy again. I am looking for someone to take over the technical side, as I focus on marketing and the business side of things. Ideally someone who believes in the project. I have a background in sales and marketing, and currently have a few amazon/shopify based stores that are my main source of income, so I have time and the skills/knowledge to dedicate to the marketing and business side of this project. I already have business and marketing plans, early adopter plan, monetization, etc already created for this project. I have some handshake deals with angel investors to pitch, but I would prefer to find a cofounder who would believe in the project rather than taking money from someone, owing them a % of the company, and then hiring someone. I can dedicate as much time a week as need be and would prefer someone who would be able to dedicate some time weekly to get things moving. Right now it is an MVP, and would like UI to be a bit more polished before actually publishing to the App Store. Currently there is only an IOS MVP built, but from speaking with other developers it should not be too difficult to have an android version created as well. But in the meantime, I think IOS should be the main focus just based on market research etc etc. If this interests you, please send me a PM and not a chat. I am rarely on the desktop version of Reddit, and the app does not show chats only PMs. Happy to chat with anyone who wants to speak more about this project! submitted by /u/GreenAndOrange10 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/nr59oi/usbiz9_looking_for_tech_cofounder_mvp_already/
