[USA][TECH][7] Software (web) developer seeks engineers for a new bodycam product (non profit).

I want to start a non-profit that creates emergency bodycams for kids. The idea is that the child will turn it on in emergencies, like if an adult is attempting to kidnap them. The livestream (and location details) would be sent to the parent and the parent has the option to send this information to the police, and optionally communicate with the child. Also, this could make amber alerts more effective. Businesses like Walmart could opt in to receive alerts about emergencies sent from parents that are currently in their stores. Ideally this would be a mobile app (or maybe an entirely new device that is ideally faster). With location being sent, police/security could easily close in on the location (e.g. a bathroom). At the very least, child predators knowing they would be easily caught would be a deterrent I'm looking for people who genuinely want to stop crimes against children, that's why this will be a non-profit (not to mention, what would we look like if we tried to get rich from this product?). Obviously if things are successful, standard rate would be paid out to employees.
