About the company: Moonbounce is like the Zapier for creators. Connective tissue that works wherever your business and community already lives. Our goal is to make it stupid easy to turn communities into universes through a suite of gamifaction tools. We were incorporated two months ago and raised $2m from top investors. About the co-founders: Saeri (my co-founder) and I were doing product consulting for large creators, and we realized one of the tools we built performed very well and it had the sauce to scale into a massive company. Prior to that I have been a quant and exited my market making firm, was signed to a record label, and built a creator marketplace that I scaled to $1m GMV and 100k+ MAU. I shine at sales in the creator market and am a strong PM, my co-founder is our leading product designer. While we only incorporated a few months ago, this a is problem space we have worked in for several years. What we're looking for in our third co-founder: We want our next hire to fill the role of CTO and founding engineer. Today you'll be iterating and ideating on our MVP, tomorrow you'll be taking leadership in managing our first technical hires. You have shipped and scaled product before, full stack, and have mastery in a few languages on either the frontend or backend. You are strong with documentation and have a passion for helping creators. Next steps: if you're interested send me a quick bio. I will reply with a few questions video interview with Paul video interview with Paul + Saeri you will be comped for a 2-4 week sprint to work on a side project with us offer letter If you have any interest feel free to reach out and we can talk more. If you know anyone in your network that may be a good fit, we are offering a $5k referral Cheers, Paul submitted by /u/paul_matter [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/oiysfe/usabiz6_just_raised_2m_looking_for_cto/
