[USA][TECH][4] Looking for tech developer cofounders for dating app.

About me: I [30F] am an experienced full-stack software engineer located on CA specializing in AI/ML. I’ve been developing web apps for a few years. My programming language of choice is Python although I have developed in Java and Nodejs. I’m more familiar with back-end technology than front-end. The problem statement: I’m developing a dating app for introverts. My hope is this app will prevent ghosting, unsolicited messages, and dead conversations. I have a good idea of what I would like the app to have and already designed the architecture. I also have a market research plan. What I’m seeking: I don’t have a clue on how to bring a start-up to life. I know nothing about pitches and getting investments. I’m currently working with a lawyer to learn more about the legal matters. I would like a cofounder with some familiarity in this area or have the openness to learn more about it. On the technical side, I’ll need help with front-end development, web/graphic design, and devops.
