Looking for a serious like-minded developer who is interested in helping me create a new type of wearable keyboard, meant for everyday use. Pretty soon, smart glasses will gain in popularity. Vuzix should be releasing their "Next-Gen Smart Glasses" pretty soon, which are wearable displays that look like regular glasses but inconspicuously run on Android. There is a lack of methods to control these smart glasses, especially for text input. Voice dictation works well in some cases, but not all. You wear it in the palm of your hand, and the point is that it doesn't interfere much with your daily life; you should be able to comfortably keep it on the whole day. It's not a chorded keyboard; it uses a different method that theoretically should be almost as fast as typing on a regular qwerty keyboard. The overall design and method are already developed and there have been a few prototypes already. I am a very experienced mechanical designer and have been 3D printing the prototypes. I fall short on the electrical engineering and programming side of it, although I do have some programming experience. Prerequisites: - Arduino programming capability - At least some knowledge of electrical engineering Looking to turn this into a marketable product. submitted by /u/tonystark29 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/q8t67m/cantech6_product_developer_seeking_a_programmer/
