[GBR][BIZ][8] Branding Start-Up looking for partner with amazing Graphic Design Skills.

Hi, (I am from the UK, which is where the business is based but also live in the US. Partner can be from anywhere but preferably UK / US / CAN for better time match-up). I've been working on Project Management for a long time now both professionally on on personal projects/hobbies. A lot of work I've done has also been in Branding for Business' and Professional Individuals. (This often came as extras for clients). It's a role I love doing and I want to take it a step further. Coming out of the Tech industry and into a new challenge. I have been working out a lot of the background tasks, setting up the company, building out new PM templates, building up the brand identity. The only problem is that I am not a graphic designer. I can't create amazing logos, brand stationery and beautiful brand identity guide books. I need someone to help me in this area. - There's a little up front work to build the core brand. We may have to then take on some low paid jobs to build out a professional portfolio but the more we do the more we can raise our prices as our proof of ability grows. I have the knowledge of branding and managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, managing the workflows etc. I really just need help with the actual visuals. Failing a business partner in this field, I do have a network of freelancers who can do the work on an as-is basis, however it gives a much better message to have a strong 'core team' that works in synergy and are willing to put in the work when the prices are low then reap the benefits when the prices are high! Skills - Adobe Suite (Photoshop, AI, Indesign) - Google Suite (Docs/Slides) - Amazing communication (For any project there will be a lot of meetings with me so need to have access to good internet and mic for calls!)
