[SGP][TECH][7] Looking for a cofounder to help build a wealth generation focused retail neobank.

What Product Am I Building? Startup birthing a Next-Generation Digital Retail Bank focused on accelerating its customers' wealth creation through offering unconventional services and products. NOTE: I will be able to share more details with people who reach out as it's a dense product it will become too much to dump here for now. What Is The Current Status? Several Action concurrently taking place: (a) Working on a design prototype to be used to demonstrate the product concept, get validation from the market, assist in forecasting engineering/development costs. As part of this goal, I have engaged a full-time Designer(UX/UI) who is working to take user stories, flow diagrams, and wireframes I had created to create user interfaces (b) Developing data-driven pitch deck for seed round that will highlight a market opportunity, detail roadmap, and communicate concept alongside design prototype. Who Am I? I am a Product Guy, currently working as a Product Manager in the Agtech space, with previous experience working in Banking/Finance/Insurance. In my career, I have worked majorly as a Product Manager/Product Owner who has been heavily involved in Product & Service Design, Technical System Architecting, and Growth Hacking. I am looking to onboard a co-founder with no particular skill set, experience, or connections. In my experience, all of these things can be learned, earned, and nurtured. What is important to me is that the person is passionate, dedicated, willing to take risks, and willing to go the extra mile for the mission. To be specific I would want to work with someone who can bring a variety of things to the table be it skills, perspective, funding, or something I haven't considered. All I would expect of them is that they are willing to work hard to develop the idea, share the workload, drive initiatives, and take as much ownership as I am currently. What You Should Know? The idea I am attempting to birth into a product is the sort that will take time to actually come out to the market. Due to the liquidity, regulatory, and process requirements in the Financial Sector, it would definitely require external investment and cannot be effectively bootstrapped. Currently, the focus will be to develop a Design Prototype and potentially an engineering POC that will be used to validate the offering and raise the necessary capital. As this will be a product that will require varying moving parts, it is not something a single engineer can undertake realistically, as such I am not expecting interested developers to single handily code this out.
