Full-Stack Developer(s) / CTO (Mobile App and Website) The team, so far, consists of 4 people: an MBA - Business Strategist (Founder, CEO, UI UX Designer), others focused on business development, product and fundraising. We are looking for a CTO to come back on board and help push this product from design to production. UI UX design of the app is complete and we already have promising investors on hand. We need a whole developers team to build customer, merchant app and overview landing website. NDA is compulsory before any type of contract. Desired skills: Experience working with startups Full-stack software development capabilities Experience leading software dev teams Product understanding Responsibilities Customer, Merchant App Development and Website Upgrade in 3-4 Months Taking a hands-on approach Partnering with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap Communicating technology strategy to partners and investors Making executive decisions regarding the company’s technological requirements Designing and building data security and compliance processes to meet regulatory standards Aligning the technical aspects of the company’s strategy with its goals Deciding on an architecture that ensures a strong, stable, and scalable product Maintaining all internal systems and network infrastructure needed to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the company Driving efficiency and high performance from the engineering team Quickly iterating our early MVP solution to build on user feedback and experience Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess the performance Working with other departments to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and/or have a commercial benefit Discovering and implementing technologies that give us a competitive advantage Developing and maintaining relationships with important API integration partners Optimizing development practices to safeguard the quality and performance of our technology Requirements Proven experience as a CTO or a similar role Communication skills Problem-solving skills Organizational skills Leadership skills BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related qualification Understanding of budgets and business-planning Knowledge of technical domains incl.
