Pinterest + LinkedIn + Engineering I'm an Engineer at NASA and I strongly believe that people aren't inherently lazy, they simply lack opportunity. My site provides opportunity for students in engineering to grow and get on track to their dream career. I'm tired of seeing complain about the job-experience paradox. I'm tired of seeing posts on LinkedIn that advocate for companies hiring inexperienced people. The job experience paradox only exists for those that can't find ways to gain experience. Companies don't have the obligation to hire inexperienced people. That is an excuse to solving the real problem which is getting students the experience they need to get hired or even start their own tech company. Oh and btw. I know it's an excuse because before getting in as an engineer with NASA, the only professional experience I had on my resume was sales, software monkey, and retail cashier at Home Depot. I came up with my own projects to work on, taught myself the software and skills needed for NASA, and put in the work to get to my dream job. There are others like me willing to put in the work, I just need some help in finding them.
