Our venture studio it’s launching its first product. We are seeking a promising CTO, someone with a background in tech at early stage startups. The perfect candidate had served as developer, engineer or product manager in the past. — Experience in management roles is not mandatory but would be great. Problem 1- Early stage founders (especially first-time founders) have a hard time accessing to Vc and Ángels money. 2-The vc/angel landascape is super competitive. More and more funds are launched every month, and more and more people are venturing into the angel world... All trying to get the best deal and be part of the best opportunity. 3-The VC ecosystem is yet quite traditional. Due diligence process are made as in the early days, most co-investment opportunities are placed in private networks. There are a bunch of automatizad and open solutions such as angel[dot]co syndicates, but there are other important areas to disrupt. TL;DR Solution: We are looking to bridge the early stage startup with business Ángels world. Making process easier, and faster. We aim to reduce friction while bringing more access and transparency to all the funding journey. Our product is broken down in 3-stages... We are going one step a time. 1-Opportunity marketplace 2-Due diligence and financial implementation 3-Shares platform. What are you going to do? This is a management role, so we don’t look for someone to develop the entire system. The tasks are more oriented to low-code, maintenance (hosting domain, servers....) and later on build the team and choose the best tech stack and practices for the whole platform.
