[USA][BIZ][1] Looking for a technical co-founder to help build a college social app.

I believe there is a certain area in the social media market that has opened up with everything going on and that the opportunity for a new social media app is huge. I have the app designed (wireframes of each screen + Adobe XD prototype as well as revenue plan) but I am open to suggestions if the position works out. I'm a ME graduate so I know a little of code but not enough to design everything myself. I am taking on the business role because that is what interests me most but I'm always in learning process so I'm looking for someone to grow entrepreneurship skills with that has a passion for wanting to make a social media app. I have a registered LLC already and an NDA.
