Hi all, The company: I've been working on a solution for small landlords to self-manage and optimize their portfolios. I've spent the last 12 months refining the business plan and building the MVP with the help of some undergraduate students. I have a dozen customers who have seen and interacted with the MVP. About me: I started my career at a bulge bracket bank and then got my MBA from an M7 school. I have experience in finance, marketplaces and startups. About you: Technical ability is a must-have, preferably full stack. You would be responsible for building the beta and then hiring and managing the early team of engineers. Ideally you would be able to eventually fill a CTO role, but if you're more comfortable with Head of Engineering, that's fine too. Requirements: Must be able to work full-time on the company. Must be located in the US, ideally close(ish) to NY. Compensation: If we decide it is a fit and would both like to move forward, compensation would be equity in the range of 20-30%. This is flexible depending on how good of a fit you end up being! submitted by /u/monj99 [link] [comments] https://www.reddit.com/r/cofounder/comments/rbsk6k/usanybiz5_looking_for_technical_cofounder_for/
