About me: I have six years of experience in demand generation and sales in B2B, SaaS. I’ve worked as a consultant for the past years for Fortune 500 and startups before that I exited a SaaS. I’m looking for a full-stack technical partner that’s obsessed with users and with coding best practices. I’m not looking for someone to code an entire platform, I’m looking for a motivated and driven individual preferible based in Europe and with an amazing technical background :) The venture is a in the intersection of e-learning and SaaS for sales teams and customer success. I’ve early interest from some companies and I’ve been offered a partnership once the company is oficial launched. Some early achievements: -The product have showed early interest from multiple clients and departments. I’ve even been offered partnerships. -The mock beta had early paying customers. Opportunity: According to McKinsey, 75% of all employees consider the training offered them as ineffective. Often this is due to the ‘seminar effect’ – employees may leave a seminar feeling well-informed and motivated, but the positive effects decrease as employees find themselves back carrying out their day-to-day routines. Even worse: there is no training offered. Employees are forced to learn their roles “on the job” without professional support. This is even worst went talking about sales. Most early stage companies don’t offer training to their reps and if they do they can’t measure if it was an impact. Studies have shown that sustainable learning and behavioural change require a shift in culture and here is where our startup came in. Our solution integrates e-learning with real insights on the Sales Reps, SDR, BDR, and account managers. Solving a massive pain for company “achieving quota and driving more revenue”. Our industry is worth 7.3 Billion (sales enablement) and our SOM is about 78M... Also, our opportunity fails into education budget which means that companies can “get taxes refund” as they’re investing in their team...
