Looking for a cofounder to start a construction tech company. I have an MVP with >1500 monthly users a few months after launch via word of mouth and now I'm looking to monetise. I have VC's interested in the idea and ready to invest given the right team. We'd be developing an open database of construction information and technical construction analysis tools. We'd monetise through a freemium business model and charging suppliers to place their products in our database. I am a technical founder and I built out the web app as you can see it today.
