Based out of Switzerland (for those who aren’t familiar with the possibly misleading ISO acronym). Looking for a cofounder with experience building a physical product business, ideally in the niche of either outdoor gear or pet equipment. I am currently solo and have laid much of the ground work on the technical side and also in designing and developing our first prototype, a piece of outdoor K9 equipment, which is being finalized by the factory now. What I am looking for in a cofounder: Experience in starting a physical product business to help offer guidance in decision making, direction, sales and marketing strategy, and scaling. Someone who is motivating to be around and believes in the vision of helping people enjoy the outdoors with their pups. Familiarity with the process of product development from tech-pack to prototype. Knowledge of pros/cons of various sales avenues—D2C, B2C, B2B.
