Greetings, I’m currently in college (CS Major) and have started a tech club where we bring out guest speakers from Google, Microsoft, etc. I’ve found there is no shortage of help in the tech space and this led to the startup idea started a few weeks ago. It will be an advising platform connect those seeking to break into the tech industry with those who work at FAANG+. This market is heating up and the competition only offers coaching for hundreds/thousands of dollars to talk with a FAANG employee. It’s ridiculous. This will be a platform where the advisor has control, is transparent (you can see their LinkedIN, GitHub, etc) and they will mostly be free to book (if not free, affordable timely rate), and accessible to anyone who needs advice. Someday it can be for all industries. E.g. you’re in school for marketing and can go to wevise to get advice from someone who works at.. idk Macys, Google, or Louis Vuitton! Or a pilot can talk to someone at American Airlines with 20years experience. Looking for USA technical cofounder fluent in English, possibly marketing cofounder I can handle all front end, design/marketing. So far have almost every MVP page made and some functionality already. I was going to attach the link but I’ll send via Dm if you’re interested in looking. I also have a fullstack school friend on board starting next week. Need help setting up Booking function, Chime SDK (basically zoom within the site), and backend. Looking to launch MVP ASAP to start learning the market. Have $11000 AWS credits to use as well. For anybody not interested.. any ideas or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
