[CA][BIZ][2] Seeking CTO cofounder for an Animation Software web application.

Hi I'm based in Toronto. I'm looking for a tech co-founder who is specifically skilled in c++ so that he or she can build an in-browser animation webpage from scratch (there are some open-source projects like krita, and the AWSF organization). The startup has two parts, the main part where users can view and engage with animated content posted by other users which is currently built (think youtube for animation) and the second part is a feature where animators can create animated content. The webpage will only be available to subscribers, it'll have simple UX design to appeal to amateurs (like teenagers wanting to animate for the first time, similar to roblox with gaming). There is a market for this industry. I've put in the work to interview some users and have a sales plan in the works as well as several VC's in the US who are okay with funding Toronto startups. The rise of independent animation is something I'm passionate about. The basic functions to code in the beta would be: drawing canvas, onion skin, timeline, brushes, play, pause, stop, skin layers, and a multiview perspective cam (see storyboard pro's UI/UX, and figma's canvas/UX is also something I would like to emulate).
