[USA][TECH][15] Seeking a marketing cofounder for a live streaming startup.

Hey folks! I'm Luke, the founder of Glimesh - a live streaming platform for creators to share their content and build communities. We're an already launched startup in its alpha phase, currently focusing on building out more features and growing the platform. We've got a core set of features that allow our users to live stream, receive monthly subscriptions, chat with others, and build 3rd party applications with our API. Additionally we're an open company, so we work in the public, and all of our metrics & finances are open to our users. I'm looking to bring on a marketing co-founder with the singular goal of growing the platform. At the moment we've got a modest audience, but we're not properly or regularly engaging them enough and we're ignoring our largest marketing potentials. As a very early role in a "just barely bringing in revenue company", we would not be able to pay a salary up front (just to make that completely clear!). However this position would of course entitle you to share in the company, of which we the exact amount is up for negotiation. I'm also very interested in offering some kind of profit sharing initially to help drive the goal of growth on the platform.
