[AUS][TECH][10] VR Hero Shooter Single Player Missions.

Seeking VR Level Designer (Unity) / 3D Artist / CoFounder.

Hi all, I'm currently prototyping / developing a virtual reality MOBA-style combat game. I'm still in the early stages of development. I’m starting the project by releasing just a single hero and a limited number of simple, single-player missions.

The long term vision for the game is something like League of Legends or Valorant for VR, but starting at a very, very small scale. I’d also like to have a lot of fun with the abilities and weapons by experimenting quite a bit and making them all very unique and interesting. I think there is still a lot of space left to explore in the VR gaming space, especially in competitive gaming. The final vision is still open and would take some time to achieve, and I’m open to collaboration and input on all aspects of the project.

The game will feature competitive matchmaking between players, player combat and unique abilities. I’ve currently built out some early simple features including basic weapons, a simple demo map, training dummies and a badass fireball ability. I can easily share gameplay footage and demos for progress if requested. Development is still in a fairly early / conceptual stage, but the more feedback I can get early on the better I can improve the longer term vision and understand what others find interesting without just relying on my own feelings or opinions.

I’m currently a full stack developer and UX designer. I’ve built a number of hobby games in my own time and been a dedicated game jammer (participating and running) over the past few years.
