I'll be short:
I'm a Mechanical engineer and I own an engineering business, we help our client's technical departments with their engineering. I'm good at my job and I'm good at managing my collaborators and clients, but I'm a bad communicator and I suck at networking and cold calling.
My business could be much more and it has a great potential because of the business model and strategy that I have, it is scalable and international.
I don't need an expert in engineering, I will just teach you the basics of my work, it's not hard. I'm not looking for just an employee, I want a business partner to build together a big and solid company, luckily i have solid finances so i don't need financing.
