[USA][Biz][10] Seeking a technical cofounder for a post revenue college living marketplace.

I was founding member of Zillow rentals but left to start this company when it was obvious the college rentals/roommates space was wildly underserved.

The app is live on both app stores on 6 college campuses. We are post revenue and now looking to bring on a technical cofounder to build out new features, expand user growth, grow revenue, and set us up to move beyond just roommates and rentals.

The technical cofounder will have complete autonomy on the tech side and even though we currently have a live product, I would be completely fine with this person rebuilding from scratch to replace the current version if they prefer.
