[KOS][BIZ][5] Seeking a co-founder for an IT outsourcing company.

We operate out of southeastern Europe and specialize in employee leasing - we basically help companies in North America, UK and EU build remote teams at up to 50% lower cost compared to in-house hires, without compromising the quality of work.

We have been successfully implementing the model for a few years now and working with companies in Accounting/Finance and Legal fields. We're looking to expand in tech related roles, namely in the IT industry. The idea is to create a separate entity and co-found it with someone that is experienced in sales or business development, is ideally well-connected in the IT industry in their country/area and can help build partnerships with companies looking to expand through hiring offshore.

Due to the hot IT labor market in our country, the margins are not high but with the right partner this can grow to a decent, very profitable long-term business. Hence we’re looking forward to commence operations with the new entity as soon as possible - we already have potential employees in the retainer.
