About the WEB APP: Looking to create a web application like gusto for latin america. Not many solutions out there for Small and medium businesses to manage payroll, workforce, company organizational structure, etc. usually erp's omit looking payroll calculation. Looking to execute a solution for latina america, tailored to each of the countries we would be launching in - guatemala, honduras, mexico, el salvador, panama, costa rica, dominican republic etc. Looking for a simple interface, really easy to use. API connections for ERP's, but the most important is that the user most onboard itself. as simple an interface as possible.

*What i am looking for: * I am a seasoned businessman in the region, with many connections. Looking for someone to take over the tech side in a CTO type role meaning you would be in charge of any future hires and/or major decisions of any kind regarding the tech side of things while I continue to work on the marketing and everything else.
