Are tech stocks a buy now?

Tech stocks seem to have lost some momentum. I still feel the Big 7 tech stocks are overvalued right now. However, stocks tend to go up in the long term. Is it a good idea to buy tech stocks (Alphabet, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Nvidia, Meta) right now considering I am in for the long run (10-15 years)? Should I just wait for the prices to reduce further? I am afraid a bull market starts from here and I end up losing the opportunity of buying them at a good price

What's up with CSIQ? (Canadian Solar)

Hello everyone, I am looking into solar stocks as they have been quite beaten down. There are very few profitable solar companies, but I found one called Canadian Solar. It seems extremely good, with a PE ratio of just 5 (All the other solar companies have a PE ratio of >30). This seems like a complete steal. Why is it so low? Am I missing something? The only thing I can think of is that it has some exposure to China but they also do global operations in othe

ADBE fair value and entry points for long term

Hi everyone Beginner with individual stocks here.

ADBE's Overall financials look super good in my eyes (growth in free cash flow, revenue etc) and I attempted a simple DCF calculation based on that.

My estimated growth is 14% on it's FCF, and a WAAC of 8%, I ended up with a fair value of $630, which is obviously well above it's current price (pre-market around$635). The current price allows for a margin of 15% which makes me wonder if A

VTI or Student Loans??

I’ve got a little over $30k in a Betterment account. It’s mainly in VTI. I owe roughly $22k in student loans that I start repaying in October at about 6% interest rate. My monthly payment is $285, which is manageable, but does create some limits on spending and saving.

I am considering taking out the $22k of the Betterment account to pay off the student loans. Yea or Nay?

Spotify (SPOT) DCF Analysis

NOTE: PERSONAL OPINION ONLY, numbers in $USD

INTRODUCTION:

SPOT has become the largest music streaming platform in the market even outperforming platforms backed by giants such as Apple or Amazon. SPOT users swear by the personalized selection given by SPOT and how seamless their music listening experience is with spotify connect. But, the path to capitalizing on all this for SPOT is a murky one which I’m skeptical SPOT is capabl

Is Unity doing a stock buyback scam?

Sorry, I am not a stock person so I don’t know the terminology. But this sort of looks like unity technologies is doing the reverse of a pump and dump.

In case you have not heard the news they announced a pricing decision that just about everyone is agreeing is a complete suicide move for the company.

The announcement was made two days ago and the stock took an immediate dive.

The forums are on fire with several major studios announcing they
