I think not enough discussion has been done about how to exit a trade. I am pretty discipline with cutting my loss but I am always at odds at when do I exit my trade when it's at profit.

I've been contemplating taking a gamble lately. Won't go into detail but I've got 5k spare sat around and a house deposit to pay for soon. I've been thinking about just gambling this 5k and taking whatever returns come my way. I've got a shortlist but wanted to hear some random opinions, as after all, this is a gamble :)

I’m not sure how you do it, but to find a good stock in my opinion, I look at the data and how much it’s gone up in the past weeks and months. Look at the dividend rate and make sure it’s decent (I usually look for 3% or higher) and what the company does overall. News about Ares Management Corporation has been revealing selling activity during the 1st quarter, according to findings in their Form 13F filings with the SEC.
That's a lot of shares. I'm curious as to why they were sold. I, personally, do not find the sales of this many shares to be very attractive from an investment standpoint. I'm not completely sure about this, but if I am not mistaken, the larger trades seem to be leaning on the selling

Suppose the interest rate increase from 1% to 2%, how will it affect the treasury yield?
Does it mean new 90 day T-bill will be issued for 2% yield from now on? Or it refers to new 10-year treasury bonds? Or all govt bonds regardless of duration will be issued at 2% yield from now on?
