Boeing - Investment in Archer

Boeing is taking calculated steps to create a monopoly in the air taxi market, and the FAA has released a plan for its growth. With the sole supplier of autonomous technology for air taxis, Boeing's acquisition of WISK and exclusive relationship with Archer ensure its sup

What is your exit strategy? Can anyone give me a hint?

I think not enough discussion has been done about how to exit a trade. I am pretty discipline with cutting my loss but I am always at odds at when do I exit my trade when it's at profit.

I am currently trying to employ a take profit system to automatically take profit when the stock that I owned gained a certain percentage of profit but an acquaintance told me that it will not maximize my profit. Can anyone share how they do it or even better point t

If you had 5k to swing trade today what stock would you buy and why

I've been contemplating taking a gamble lately. Won't go into detail but I've got 5k spare sat around and a house deposit to pay for soon. I've been thinking about just gambling this 5k and taking whatever returns come my way. I've got a shortlist but wanted to hear some random opinions, as after all, this is a gamble :)

Did Oracle have an exaggerated fall?

Oracle, the software company just announced results that were within $20m.of expectations, but the stock fell 13.5% or a fall of about $30bn of market cap.

Does anyone think this is irrational dumping or is there a reasonable explanation?

Look at the dividend rate and make sure it’s decent (I usually look for 3% or higher) and what the company does overall. I looked at VOO and it it hasn’t been doing good in the past few weeks, but in the last 6 months it’s gone up mo

Ares Management Corporation (NYSE:ARES) 1st Quarter Sales News - Franklin Resources sold 93,392 shares & Fmr LLC sold 33,350 shares

News about Ares Management Corporation has been revealing selling activity during the 1st quarter, according to findings in their Form 13F filings with the SEC.

That's a lot of shares. I'm curious as to why they were sold. I, personally, do not find the sales of this many shares to be very attractive from an investment standpoint. I'm not completely sure about this, but if I am not mistaken, the larger trades seem to be leaning on the selling

How exactly does interest rate affect bonds?

Sorry for the stupid question.

I understand bonds and t-bills. But never quite understand how interest rates affect them.

Suppose the interest rate increase from 1% to 2%, how will it affect the treasury yield?

Does it mean new 90 day T-bill will be issued for 2% yield from now on? Or it refers to new 10-year treasury bonds? Or all govt bonds regardless of duration will be issued at 2% yield from now on?
