Anyone have fomo + panic sell symptoms?

Disclaimer: I have those fomo , panic sell symptoms.

Just like last 2 week . Even I got into Meta at 300 and TQQQ at 36-39 but unfortunately I add more from 315-320 and tqqq 37-39 due to FOMO. But also I have panic sell so it sucks I end up trim down some of my positions..

I know I should have avoid tqqq due to volatility.

Your favourite place for stock data

Which site or app do you use to check opening and closing prices, volume, high/low, short interest, preferably including PM and AH data.

I'm trying to create a spreadsheet tracking daily data over time. Bonus if it has a free API!

Best individual utilities

Utilities have done absolutely terrible lately and are starting to look quite compelling (just from a yield and technical perspective (many at multi year lows)). I think we are likely nearing the end of hikes too, and utilities often perform in that environment.

I rarely invest in utilities so don’t even have a good watchlist. Do you have any favourite utilities? If so, why do you like them so much?

Why is the yield and SEC 30 day yield of TLT so different? Which one tells you the annualized rate of the next dividend?

On yahoo, it says the yield is 3.57%

https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/TLT/

On the ishares website, it says the yield is 4.57%

https://www.ishares.com/us/products/239454/ishares-20-year-treasury-bond-etf

Lastly let's say the next dividend is going to be 4.71% annualized, if TLT drops in price

Is it worth something? (1989)

Hi everyone! I was doing some cleanup at my moms house and I found this interesting piece of paper. I did a quick search on Google and it looks like this company was bought out. Do you think there’s any value to it?

Looks like I can’t post an image here but here’s the copy of the shares: https://imgur.com/a/YY10uAh

Is there anything that makes PYPL attractive right now?

This stock has been the worst performer for me. I went in long January 2025 $80 calls right before last earnings. It has floundered since. I was hoping the new CEO would shake things up, as he offers some bitcoin exposure. I don't even know if there's any real opportunity for growth in bitcoin anymore.

I've tried to average into my calls. Right now I have 49 of them with a break even of $87.95.

Is there any catalyst on the horizon to

Can a parent company withhold shares of a subsidiary to the parent company's shareholders during a spin off?

If a company does a spinoff by law are they allow to hold off on giving what ever free shares of the subsidiarity to the parent company shareholders or are they required to give the dividends/shares as soon as the spin off takes place?

I’m 18, my goal is long term investing, any advice?

I got into ETFs recently, had some college return money and I put 1.6k into QQQ, VOO, VUG, and IVV ($400 each). I am going to hold these as much as possible as it is almost 100% certain it will go up continuously, as time progresses. Any investing tips? Recurring deposits? Buying more of each when they go lower in value? Anything is greatly appreciated as I am looking to expand my mind with investing.

Edit: New ETF recommendations that I have not invested
